White House Property Management was founded by people who love real estate, used its power to change their lives, and believe it can do the same for you. Jared ArnellDirector of Operations

A native of the area, Jared pairs natural interpersonal skills with the famous Idaho work ethic which has served him well. Completing his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Associates degree in Architecture from BYU-Idaho, Jared quickly gained experience as project engineer/manager of Commercial and Industrial construction projects throughout Washington and Oregon. Over the next 10 years he grew in appreciation of the power of real estate as he acquired experience repairing, remodeling, and flipping houses and apartments with his spare time. Returning to Idaho in 2017, he founded what would become White House Property Management, managing rentals for others while building a portfolio of properties of his own. The perfect person to handle any project, Jared has the knowledge, personality, and work ethic to inspire confidence in investors, property owners, and tenants alike.

Brannan BeasleyDirector of Business Development

As a second-generation real estate investor, Brannan has been involved in Real Estate for his entire life. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BYU-Idaho, he worked in the nuclear engineering field while acquiring his first rental units. Seeing an opportunity, in 2014 he left engineering to launch multiple successful investment companies and gained experience in everything from auctions and off-market deals to purchasing and managing properties ranging from mobile homes to multifamily properties. Brannan’s technical/analytical background paired with passion, creativity, and wide-ranging experience make him uniquely situated to help his clients harness the wealth-building power of Real Estate.

Melanie BeasleyDirector of Accounting

A 20-year veteran of accounting, Melanie has seen and done just about everything relating to numbers and Real Estate. After receiving an Associate of Accounting degree from LDS Business College, Melanie went to work for a large property management and development company in Salt Lake City.  Through the years, she gained experience with many aspects of the industry, working with and for management companies, developers, and construction contractors of all sizes and varieties. She later developed a deeper knowledge than the typical accountant by co-founding a construction company specializing in spec homes.  Most recently, she worked as a controller for a national commercial developer in southeast Idaho, and also established a highly sought-after bookkeeping business.  Melanie’s technical accounting experience coupled with business acumen make her a powerful contributor to the team.
